How to Take Care of Me
I am microwaveable.
Hand wash me with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to make sure I last forever! I am baked and sealed if I do need a good scrubbing, DO NOT MACHINE WASH.

Cancellation request will be fulfilled within a 24 hour period, just send me a message if for any reason your order will be cancelled and I will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
After the 24 hour period I do not offer the option to cancel your order as I have already begun crafting for shipment.
Shipping from United States
My Products are shipped out priority with a $50 insurance policy within the U.S.A., most packages are received within a 2 day time period from the day I ship out.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.
International shipping is sent standard post with a copy of an international tracking number.

Returns and exchange details
Sometimes we all have accidents! (Including the Post Office!) To ensure a positive & stress free experience for my customer, if a package is lost, damage, or stolen just send me an email and I will replace immediately, no questions asked. I offer a LIFETIME warranty on all of my products so if at any time anything is damaged or comes off in a dishwasher etc. I will replace free of cost to you.

All of my products have a lifetime guarentee on them! I want you to cherish them forever.
How can I wash them?
Hand wash with luke warm water is suggested on all of the glassware to ensure a long sturdy life. They are sealed but sometimes the heat from a dishwasher can cause them to chip off over time.
Can I do rushed shipping?
Of course you can! Just make sure to include a note in to me, and I will make sure you have your item by the date you request, if over night shipping I do ask that the customer pay the difference.
Does it cost extra to personalize?
All of the items in my shop are made to order so I can personalize anything at all FREE of cost.
Do you combine shipping?
If you are purchasing more than one item, please send me a private message and I will adjust shipping before your order to a combined cost, this way you are not paying individually for each item.
Is gift wrapping included?
FOR FREE!!! How awesome is this?! Every product is gift ready with no receipt included in the box! I can also include a personalized card if you include what you would like written in it.
Do you offer whole sale?
